The Singletary Center for the Arts is dedicated to making sure that all of their guests have a wonderful time. But to make sure that everyone is safe and comfortable, they have created a set of rules and policies that are listed below. Please take the time to read these rules so you know what is expected when you arrive. Failure to abide by these rules may result in expulsion from the venue without refund. Accessibility Policy

The Singletary Center for the Arts is dedicated to providing as many appropriate accommodations as possible. This includes the following accommodations.

  • Reinforced headsets for hearing impaired patrons are available at coat check in the main lobby.
  • If a patron needs a wheelchair to assist them to their seat, they can also check with coat check.
  • Handicap-accessible parking spaces are available along Patterson Drive behind the Singletary Center.
  • All first aid/emergency issues can be taken care of with the House Manager at coat check in the main lobby.
  • Guests who are in need of a manual wheelchair on the day of an event may request an escort when entering through either the North or South entrance.

Please contact The Singletary Center for the Arts at 859.257.4929 to discuss your ADA-approved needs. We recommend calling no less than 2 weeks before your ticketed event.

Bag Policy

The venue reserves the right to inspect bags to make sure contraband isn’t being brought in. You may leave your bags and personal belongings at the coat check. However, the venue is not responsible for your items. So if you have any valuables, it’s best to leave it in your car, home, or hotel room.

Camera Policy

Professional cameras (still or video) are not not allowed. Some events may allow personal cameras. For most events, audio and video recordings are strictly prohibited.

If a specific event has an exception, then it will be noted. You may call the venue to ask if you are uncertain.

Lost and Found Policy

If you lost something at the venue then please call 859.257.4929 after the event to check if anything was found or turned in. You may also ask staff about the lost and found or check in at the coat check.

Please be sure to give your complete contact information as well as a detailed description of your lost item(s). The Singletary Center for the Arts and staff are not responsible for lost items.

Prohibited Items

These following items are not allowed in the venue for any reason:.

  • Bags that don’t align with the bag policy
  • Bottles, Cans, Coolers & Liquid Containers
  • Chains, rope, or any similar item
  • Outside Food & Beverage (Including Alcohol)
  • Illegal Substances
  • Fireworks & Other Projectiles
  • Recording Devices, Video Equipment
  • Electronic Devices
  • Weapons of any Type (Including Pocket Knives & Firearms)
  • Large Chains & Studded Bracelets
  • Laser Pointers & Aerosol Cans
  • Noise-making devices (i.e. horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, bugles, thunder sticks, etc.)
  • Large Banners, Signs, Sticks & Stickers
  • Two-Wheeled Motorized Devices
  • Other Items as Required by Event Promoters

These could be subject to change per the artist request. The venue reserves the right to adjust the items on this list.

The Singletary Center for the Arts reserves the right to search anyone, and their belongings, who enter the premises.

Re-Entry/Entry Policy

Generally, re-entry is not allowed. Please don’t leave the venue until you are ready to go home. If you have an exceptional circumstance, please seek help from the north or south information desks.

Smoking Rules

The Singletary Center for the Arts is a non-smoking facility. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigs.
